Rates / Reservations
Rental of Villa Scopetello consists of 11 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining-rooms and 2 large halls, placed in 2 floors with a total of 800 square metres.
Rates are as follows (all rentals are from Saturday 18:00 PM through Saturday 10:00AM):
Low Season ( January, February, March, April and November) 4.950,00 € – per week for 22 people. (225 € per person/week)
Mid Season (Mai, June, September, October) 5.310,00 € – per week for 22 people. (241 € per person/week)
High Season (July, August and December) 5.990,00 € – per week for 22 people. (272 € per person/week)
Amenity charge 10% of the renting price includes:
Weekly change of linen and towels, gas, water, electricity, one night of firewood for the open fireplace, usage of swimming pool, tennis court, fitness room and garden area, and internet.
Upon request, we are happy to arrange and prepare other dinners for you and your party, as well as arrange other services such as spa treatments, wine tours, cooking lessons, horseback riding excursions, etc.. In addition, airport transportation (from Rome, Florence, Perugia, or Pisa) is available.
