Rental of Villa Scopetello consists of 9 bedrooms (which will sleep 17 people) and 6 and a half bathrooms.

Reduced rates are available for parties smaller than 10 people.  Please inquire at info@AmazingTuscany.com with the timeframe and number of people you anticipate in your party for the corresponding rate.  Thank you.

Rates are as follows (all rentals are from Saturday PM through Saturday AM):

High Season (May 1st - October 15) 4,750 Euros per week, or 8,000 Euros for 2 weeks. This includes the 9 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths - and, also on the upper floor - the large living and dining room (about 1,500 additional square feet) and 2 terraces.

Low Season (October 16th - April 30th) 3,200 Euros for one week, or 5,000 Euros for 2 weeks. This includes the 9 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths - and, also on the upper floor - the large living and dining room (about 1,500 additional square feet) and 2 terraces.


Prices include maid service each day for 2 hours, and a fun, home cooked dinner of an "all you can eat" pizza feast prepared in our brick oven by the local pizza chef. Prices also include use of 2 Italian mobile phones (with prepaid credits), walkie-talkies, a GPS system for your auto, and internet/wi-fi service.

Upon request, we are happy to arrange and prepare other dinners for you and your party, as well as arrange other services such as spa treatments, wine tours, cooking lessons, horseback riding excursions, etc.. In addition, airport transportation (from Rome, Florence, Perugia, or Pisa) is available.
